Testing is Easy...

Step 1:Read the instructions on the forms provided and enter all relevant data.

Step 2: Rinse mouth with water and carefully swab the inside of the cheek vigorously with all four swabs.

Step 3: Air dry the swabs in an upright position for 2 hours.

Step 4: Label them with your name and seal the dried swabs in the return envelope provided.
